We always go to sunrise service at my Mom's church in Bendena...6:30 a.m.!  Bonus: Breakfast is served afterwards!

Somewhere in the midst of the photo taking Connor fell off the bottom stairs.  And it was Jed's only job to watch her...but, she recovered quickly.

Easter Egg Hunt!  While we were at church the Easter bunny left some things at our house!  And the Easter bunny was still finishing while the kids were asleep in the car when we got back to the house and almost got caught!

Again, Jed turns his back for 1 minute...and there she goes.

 Can't....quite...reach...it....

Maybe next year.

Boos Easter

Grandma said, "Come early and decorate eggs!"  So we did...and it wasn't a disaster!

The big kids were playing around the creek.  I preach to them all about staying out of the water as they were jumping over it.  Don't get your shoes muddy, I said.  Don't fall in the water, I said. And the only one that got his shoes muddy?  Jace. 

Connor has Easter egg hunting figured out.

Cassidy?  Not so much...

April Showers...

Every morning.  It's our routine.  Jace gets in bed with Connor.  I don't just let it happen, I encourage it.  One of our favorite times of day when Jace and I walk in her door and we are greeted with, "Hi, Jace!"  Or just the excitement she has EVERY MORNING when she sees him.  "JACE!"

 This was the extent of my mushroom hunting this year...the weather just wasn't cooperative for growing them...
