Christmas Eve...

Well, a little randomness first.  To be fair, these photos were also on Christmas Eve:

Jace and I made cookies for Santa...

 

 

We had to document Connor in her bassinet one more time.  She was big enough for her crib...so upstairs she went!  The first night was rough, but she has settled down after that.  She is like Jace in that some nights it is hard to get her to go to sleep, we seem to put her down only to have her wake up several times, but once she sleeps, she sleeps. :)

 

I love the expression on both the kids' faces in this one, but especially Connor...

 

And now, for the real "Christmas Eve" photos....

Snow Day!

We love snow.  Jace seems to love it a lot more this year than last year...loves sledding down the big driveway, or being pulled behind the ranger or 4-wheeler!  Colton is all about it too...Kyler, doesn't like being cold!  We had a lot of fun the Sunday before Christmas playing in the snow!

 

Christmas #1

Okay, so the first picture is not from Christmas, but it's from Jace's first hunt with Jed!  Unfortunately they shot a deer but couldn't find it.  Better luck next year Jace!

 

 

That wacky elf Willie thought it would be a good idea for the kids to have plenty of nerf guns to play with during the Johnson Christmas.  Knowing that Colton, Jace, and Kyler would also have Wade and Clay to play with!

 

Kyler kept pulling stuff out of the box and saying "it's boy stuff" "more boy stuff."  "It's for the boys."  Poor thing!

 

The whole crew in their Christmas finest!  Cheyenne is 18, holding Connor, 2 1/2 months, Colton (6), Wade (7?), Clay (6?) are on the stairs and Wade is holding Cassidy (2 weeks I think)...and of course Jace and Kyler (3) are in front.

And now it's December..

What a good looking bunch!

 

 

Jace and Kyler had their Christmas program for PreSchool.  We were worried that Jace would introduce himself at Jace Johnson Luedke, but he didn't!  What we weren't prepared for was that he would be the loudest kid on the stage...couldn't even hear the other kids over his singing/shouting!

I think this next photo was from my first day back at school....my favorite part of the day was holding her and putting her to sleep that night! (Here is a glimpse at Jace the day I went back to school after he was born...Connor is 9 weeks, Jace is 7 I think).

Oh!  And this guy showed up!  Our very own Elf on the Shelf!  He arrived in a train the first day...

 

The second day he wrote a note and left a new ornament for Jace---the bell from the Polar Express!
