Try to keep up....

This post from The Luedke House made me remember some pictures I took of Jace and his cousins last weekend.  These babies are on the move!

We start like this:

Get closer to each other to "share" a toy (a corn head for the combine) :) 

And then this happens....

And pretty soon, Jace is laying on Kyler, and they are both content.

And we can't forget Colton...I think he decided he needed to supervise.

Smiles, shoes, and TATTOOS??

and wearing shoes???  A couple of the girls that I coached in cross-country last year got these for "Baby J"...and they are just now fitting him. 

And finally: Jennifer has told me for 3 years that she will be paying me back for everything I have taught Colton, or let him do.  Friday night, Melissa and Jennifer took Jace, Kyler, and Colton to Troy's homecoming (I was working the concession stand).  Jace was in his PJ's and asleep by the time I got home.  I found a little surprise when I went to change his diaper this morning.....

They were doing air-brushed tattoos at the game.  If it wasn't for the fact that we were having his PICTURES taken today, I would have left it on until it faded....but unfortunately it is already gone.  At least it was purple, and not red and blue..... : )

Trying so hard.......

Out with the old, in with the new!

Jace has outgrown his swing.  He LOVES watching the mobile, but his feet hang over the edge, and he has to be strapped in or he tries to wiggle out! 

Hard to believe the first time in his swing he looked like this!  Time is going by WAY too fast....

BUT, we have a new favorite toy that he LOVES.

He is such a handsome lil guy.



Don't you wish you knew what he was thinking?

He's spending a lot of time like this.....he even gets up on all fours and can go backwards a little bit.  Won't be long.....

And we can't forget....Happy Birthday Aunt Jena!

So Jace has "learned" to do this.  You have to stop every so often so he will take a breath, otherwise he will just keep going!
