The end of April

The track team was "flocking" yards with flamingos to raise money...Jace begged to use his own money to put them in the Luedke's yard...best part was, Jace, Colton and Kyler got to help the track team put them there!

Random after school shenanigans...

Yard help...not being much help...

And planting season...

First Communion

Jace and Kyler celebrated their First Communion on April 22.

Jed helped him get ready....

Which ended up with Jace's new tie-pin getting broke, we tried to superglue it on a tie, that made a big mess, so then we had to find a different shirt and tie to wear.  Whew.

We didn't practice HOW to take communion enough...Jace ended up grabbing it out of Father's hand.  We will be working on that...

Jace's class...that was entirely kids from Troy.  Riley, Jace, Kyler, and Annakris.

His teacher, Beth Idol.

Everyone came to support him, but we just got pictures with the grandparents.

Love this picture.  He looks so Holy.  :)

And this day really wore someone out...

Easter, part 2

Easter morning always starts early with sunrise service at Grandma B's church at 6:30 a.m.!

Breakfast afterwards gets everyone excited...

With sunrise service...everyone got a nap between church and going to Grandma and Grandpa J's!

Snapped this picture before we left our house...SNOW on Easter!

Thanks to the SNOWY weather...we did an egg hunt INSIDE!

Swimsuits are always a good surprise at Easter!

And the day after Easter...we made a snowman!  Didn't have a chance to do that all winter, so why not now?

That same week we celebrated my birthday....

The ABC countdown started and Jace and Jena dressed up for Disney day as Sheriff Woody and Jessie from Toy Story!

Would you look at that...more snow in the middle of April!

Didn't last long and led to some mudddddddy puddles!

Some random cleaning help...

Some random cousin time...

Connor has recently discovered Mayonnaise...and can eat a 6 inch sub all by herself!

We started some tomato plants inside that Grandma B gave us, because clearly there is snow outside...

Pretty soon it was time to mow...and Jace can take care of that this year!

And planting season started.  Little boy with big dreams...mostly dreaming about being out there every second possible!
