January Life

We loved those nice days in January that we got to be outside!

Very random picture.  We are nearing the end of Connor's days with a bottle...hard to believe we will put away the bottles, and the dishwasher rack for all the bottle parts...and replace them with more sippy cups!  Sad to say I'm gonna miss that part of our day!  There is nothing like holding her in the morning or at night while she takes her bottle, and she is totally relaxed, just hanging out.  Or even once she transitioned to doing it herself--it's part of our "routine".  Wake Connor up, get her bottle, lay her on the living room floor and she does it herself.  Oftentimes, Jace will lay down beside her, or curl up on the couch and watch her while he is still trying to wake up.  Or after school, we get home, fix a bottle, and sometimes Jace will ask to hold her, or I will hold her, or she'll do it herself.  Hard to believe we are at this point...she is getting so big!

Now, the pacifiers, that's a different story.  They aren't going anywhere anytime soon...

Jed and I ate at "The Big Biscuit" after his throat stretch, and Jace got to eat the pancake we got home!  That pancake was HUGE but probably one of the best we've ever had!  (And you know our family, we love our pancakes!)

We seemed to spend a lot of time at the doctor in January...

Jace's favorite part about the new shop: a place to ride his bike!

Connor watching Dad shoot crows....and Jace bringing back the evidence!

Our kids.  One so skinny, and the other one so round...but both so adorable!
