We spent a couple days in Omaha for a short vacation this summer...
It started at the movie theater where we tried to Find Dory...she was found, but it was not the best movie we've ever seen. Even Connor was asking if it was time to go...
But we still loved the POPCORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lucky for us, Omaha has a Cabela's. In the first legit father/son shooting competition.....

We took advantage of a kid friendly golf course where even Connor could play...
Let's just say, she doesn't take criticism well. Even constructive criticism.
In a first ever....the kids shared a bed at the hotel. In the last almost 3 years, it's been Connor and I in a bed, and Jace and Jed in a bed...of course it looks like it's the kids and all their friends...
The next day we met up with the Tharmans and went to the Omaha zoo!
It was unseasonably cold for July...hence the sweatshirts.
We had to talk Jace into doing the touch pool, but he was super excited about it afterwards!
Some of our favorite exhibits...monkeys, giraffes, and this peacock that was walking around! Beautiful!
And Connor with her favorite exhibit...the vultures. She is OBSESSED with vultures.
