Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa J's...

We head down to Grandma and Grandpa J's for a late brunch or early lunch on Christmas day.  Crossing our fingers the whole time that our kids don't melt through naptime and survive not only lunch but gift opening as well.....

Brook was looking especially cute...and Connor stayed in her jammies all day.  Why not?

Grandma and Grandpa got to open the first gift, from Jay and Morgan....it was a baby boy onesie...that means they are having a BOY!!!!!!!!

We were Jace was super excited to get Aladdin....

Connor was so excited about this water baby from Uncle Jay and Aunt Morgan.  SO excited that after she opened this she didn't want anything else to do with gift opening.  Or socializing.  In fact she spent quite a while with the baby, and Tigey and Blankie in the bedroom, laying down and going to pretending to sleep.  Meanwhile Jace begged to open her presents, but we finally convinced her to come back and open them herself...who knew?

Jace hasn't learned to ride without training wheels yet, but he has outgrown his bike...so Uncle Jay and Aunt Morgan got him a new bike!

Our little family on Christmas Day...they aren't tired of pictures yet!

Jed, Jay and Carl all got a farmers edition gun.  The stock has some engraving on it, it looks pretty cool!

In the spirit of gift giving, we had a huge box at home, and decided it was time to start repaying Jay and Morgan for all the lifesize gifts they have given our kids.  There is a basketball goal, turtle sandbox, the giant Minnie Mouse doll and let's not forget the giant Minnie Mouse sucker holder....

Luckily for them, the box for was show, and all that was in there was a K-State ornament.

Jace got lots of games for Christmas from Aunt Jena and Uncle Carl, so he had to play one right away!  Luckily Jay and Morgan wanted to play too.  :)

Meanwhile, somehow I got Connor to fall asleep on my lap, so I took advantage and sat with her while she slept.

Then she was up and at 'em and playing her favorite game--marbles--with Dad!

When it's all said and done...our kids are beyond spoiled.
